Brian, I bailed out of the only reverse split I've been involved in recently. I never looked back. I've thought, from time to time, about going to see "Whatever Happened To Baby Jane." but each time I thought of something useless to do, instead.

I see EA has given you a much more descriptive response than I ever could. EA is a treasure; has a wonderful facility for clarity.

My concern with General Magic is not much different now than it was when the stock price tanked. There is the obvious question of whether or not the company will survive, but the REAL worry is who's going to snap it up as soon as it turns the corner. I'm pretty sure we're toast ... not because General Magic is going under, but because as soon as it shows any signs of real life, someone, who's interests do not align with mine, is going to take it over.
