karma23:

Hoffman's talked about pipelines before. The proff is in closing the deal not the pipeline. We will find out after the fact but until Hoffman and insiders start buying its just pie in the sky (the old talk is cheap).

Now I do own a chunk of this company its just you can't believe management. As an example in the January conference call the CFO indicated under their worst case scenario they would finish the year with $180M in cash. Last Q cc its now $150M and no longer worst case. I actually liked the CFO and felt is creditable.

The issue has been company has not cut expenses to match revenue and has had a hefty cash burn. I assume this is due to Hoffman's position to invest in the next generation product or the company would be dead anyway. Now we have to see if the new product justifies his bet and if we have a double dip recession the company is going to be stressed financially.
