Dave,

I think you may be misinterpreting the current situation. I would venture that GRNO is not being silent because they feel they have been "guilty" of anything. But rather, I believe their silence is due to their wanting to wait for the SEC to make their claims against the company or for a suitable period of time to pass.

I certainly felt less nervous about the situation BEFORE the SEC took their abrupt actions. And this nervousnous that you claim exists is not supported by a mass exodus from this stock. Few people are convinced that GRNO is going out of business. I would say that the relatively thin level of trading in GRNO stock, despite the huge loss in paper value of the stock, is a sign that many folks are more P*ssed off at the SEC than they are at the company. (I am one of these people.) I spent 9 months researching this company in an attempt to overcome my "nervousness" with the technology, management, and business plan. The only thing that I'm nervous of now is seeing the SEC let this investigation fade without some degree of closure.

SEC, hear me out.

All that I believe GRNO shareholders should expect is a simple, slightly ambiguous response that would indicate that your investigation is winding down to a document collection phase. It doesn't mean that you exonerate GRNO, but that your investigators had doubts about the company, but nothing you have found will lead to referring the case to the federal attorneys office for criminal proceedings.

That would be the easiest way to keep GRNO shareholders from inundating your offices with calls from shareholder's political representatives.

And it is only fair. It makes your office look good for being diligent in maintaining market integrity, and it permits this company to shake itself free of this and move forward with the future.

The alternative will likely be a mass of angry shareholders asking for FOIA info on this case and bringing it before the eyes of the House Government oversight committee and banking and financial services committees.

Why? Because no governmental agency should be able to raise questions surrounding integrity and not be forced to bring the matter to closure. One way or another.

Regards,

Ron
