MM, corporate taxes are passed on to the consumer. The way to lower taxes is smaller gov't. Estate taxes are irritating you manage to accumulate a fortune paying taxes all your life and the gov't wants more. The gov't should encourage capital accumulation not punish it. I do think New Yorkers should pay higher taxes -g- mike
