What does this mean? All corporations, or just ones that are bigger than yours?

You could always pay yourself less. That is one way to avoid taxation.

I'm not defending the current system. It is broken, and it rewards the wrong type of behavior. But, as far as taxes are concerned, the burden on the high end of the income scale in the US is among the lightest. To be honest, your complaint seems to be based more on your personal distaste of paying what you consider to be high taxes rather than a concern for the overall welfare of the society. This is the human-all-too-human lament of the nouveau riche.

Personal motives shouldn't inform the debate about taxes, but unfortunately they do.
