No time for warrants. The FBI clerks can't process the paperwork fast enough, and higher-ups stonewall investigations of important terrorists. Better just to shoot them now, and clean up the paperwork later ... Let's not forget the Paperwork Reduction Act [something like that]. The way the Courts have been slamming Ashcroft, he'll have to get Bush to do an EO to have them abolished during indefinite times of war. I see that Neocon latched into the nibble of truth from the FBI. Highlighting the seemingly obvious 'unreasonable' restriction and completely ignoring the broader ramifications. It's easy to have blinders. At this rate within a short time Ashcroft will be asking patriotic boys and girls to report the activities of their parents should they say anything 'bad' about the Administration.
