You misunderstood my statement regarding ENCAD. I was merely saying that ENCAD is one of RGFX's major competitors, however, it is most comparable to RGFX due to similar product set and market competition. Xerox and Lasermaster are larger companies who compete in other markets outside of RGFX's realm.

As for your question regarding the ColourPass merger, I've been trying to find the number of shares issued but I haven't had any luck to this point.
