You defense of Oracle is almost laughable Your attempts to make this an important issue are just as laughable. You clearly have an opposite agenda from MeDroogies. What would you have ORCL do over and above what they have already offered in order to remedy this situation? If you had ever sold anything to ANY government agency (Local, State or Federal), you would know where the blame for the situation most likely resides. This snip below tells you why this is even an issue: Davis, who is running for reelection, has been under fire for a controversial state deal with Oracle Corp. I only own 300 shares of ORCL so I'm not overly whetted to ORCL and I think this is a non-event for the company. If anything does come of it, it will be because some government official got embarrassed and he/she wants revenge.
