She doesn't make a stink about it. It can be hard for men to not step on any toes. I honestly try to be courteous though. A few years back I was new to an organization and there were some men whose language was pretty rough. Being new I decided to enlist the aid of a woman who knew them better in the effort that they behave in a little more professional manner. I asked her since she was a girl perhaps she could convey to them the importance of watching their language in mixed company. To my surprise, she informed me that a girl was a pre-pubescent female and she did not appreciate my insinuation. Needless to say, I did not ask her for anymore help.
