I do agree with Jake that a can of worms has been opened with respect to ORCL's behavior. However, the problem isn't ORCL. It lies in 2 places:
1. with the government and its basic culture of poor oversight and corruption
2. with the media picking on companies (in this case, ORCL) that it suddenly decides is a "bad guy".

The media LOVES a straw man. They are using ORCL as a cover for their own questionable abilities to cover gov't corruption.
If ORCL is involved, ORCL MUST be the problem...not the inefficient, wasteful government. Why? Because gov't is inherently good and helpful and we shouldn't take advantage of it.
Bull. Call a spade a spade. Government, by its very nature, will engage in corrupt and inefficient behavior BECAUSE it is unaccountable. ORCL is VERY accountable, so as I see it....they acted in good faith.
