No way ... if somebody said this then question their judgment closely in all things ... X-Cal is an explorer, its interests are better served by methods other than firing up that mill where it sits now ... it has to be moved, it's on top of economic ore ... plus they'd need all sorts of other equipment to get rolling ... this is where Amax went wrong with Sleeper, was starting up with a half-assed mining plan, not thinking ahead ... you'll find that Shawn Kennedy is a very ahead thinker, and will do things one step at a time, in the optimum order ... which means getting some financing and/or JV the thing, and do a systematic drilloff of the property
