Treasure in the Caspian, Black gold fuels an oil rush--front page in the Phila Inquirer sunday july 13. I just recently bought this stock only because of news release and volume which is the only reason I need to buy any stock. I am interested in yout 17 years in this sector for I have little knowledge in the sector. In the story even Bill Clinton is pushing the developement of the Caspian oil fields so as the US isn't depentent on middle east top 5 world oil reserves. My question is how did a small co. AIPN out class the big oil companys who already pushed 5 billion dollars into the area. Inquirer story was good with maps and all . The folly of 2 planned piplines on which direction to go is up in the air now.
