Eventually it did. I paid the doctors over 600 bucks then resubmitted all four claims. The claims were paid so I didn't lose any money in the deal.

No. I protested for a week or so then gave in to the futility of it all. I’d rather go for a dental filling then go though all that re-filing again. I wish I could say I’m a better man for it but I’m not. Ok, maybe a little bit wiser.
