Please permit me to ever so humbly suggest that perhaps Luc may wish to consider taking a break from the moderating role. I am sure often times it is a pain in the arse for him, a thankless task. Although for some of these cretins, typing "adios" must have been great fun! Perhaps some new moderating blood and a break for His Baneminence would be just the ticket. This thread has many folks who would do a fine job.

This thread has a rich history, tracing back through several predecessor threads and roughly 400,000 or 500,000 posts. People who post on this thread are battle-hardened, cynical, piss-off, contrary, ornery, armed, planful, concerned, and hedged like a muthafucka..

Although all good things come to an end, I'm not ready to see this thread go yet.
