We probably saw the same sort of thing regarding the cold war for the better part of 50 years.

Although the left in American decried over and over the effort was a complete waste of time, and would never result in the Soviet Union abondoning their wonderful utopian socialistic model. Conservatives were right, and the Soviet Union fell.

Liberal Democrats, like the ones on this thread, were dead wrong then, just as they will be dead wrong about our war effort now.

Bush and the outstanding people he has surrounded himself with will be relentless in this war effort. The terrorist organization which killed thousands of Americans will either change their name and hide like a bunch of cowards, or we'll take their money, their life, their freedom and whatever dreams they may have had toward our destruction.

In the future, Muslims will turn away from fanatics like Osama Bin Laden, and turn toward a future with the United States playing an even bigger role.
