Some of the links to those delinquent tax parcels still show unpaid but that is probably the county taking their sweet time updating the site. Notice the minutes of the last court proceeding below to see that documents proving the taxes have been paid were seen by the court. The bad news could be that we the shareholders were the ones to actually pay that tax. With the share price plummeting, I can only speculate that some big dilution has taken place. But as of May 15, 2002, 479,367,164 shares of Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share, were outstanding.
