Thanks for the response guys, I went to the bios (Award) and found a section called "Wake Up Events". I opened it and found the following: VGA - OFF LPT & COM - LPT/COM HDD & FDD - ON PCI Master - OFF Power on by PCI Card - Enabled RTC Alarm Resume - Enabled Would assume that the correct entry would to be Disable the PCI card? TIA, BT
