Here is what I a summary of our discussion: PR coming sooner rather than later because there needs to be updates confirming the new company name & stock symbol; the website will go up next day once new name is announced; the guy who screwed us dumping his stock has now had his trading account seized & frozen by the IRS; of the 7.3M Float there are some 2M of which that is somehow restricted and/or in private non tradeable hands; the May 15th date for the $5M PPM, which is 50% pre-sold (IMO & as per other posters) and which should equate to about a .50PPS (IMO), was the start date for issuing the PPM not the end/close date; the TV acquisitions are ongoing as planned; and this is just the beginning as there is mucho news forthcoming once the above name change is updated sooner rather than later. I get really good vibes on this stock and time to load up IMO as this is bottom here and begining Monday its Onward & Upward! Good Luck & God Bless!
