"Just FTR no one told me to put this up. "

LOL. I don't think anybody from Elgindy's camp would have requested that you compile the evidence and put it in the public domain.

I do have a question for you. Matt Tyson is a key player in any case concerning Elgindy partly because of the 2+ years worth of discovery materials.

Elgindy posted part of a deposition in which Tyson claims under oath that Elgindy conspired to commit multiple felonies by having Tyson lie to the court. This alleged attempt to conspire to commit multiple felonies was initiated to avoid a $600 judgment.

We know that Elgindy vilified Tyson on Silicon Investor. We know that Silicon Investor was aware of this vilification. Tyson was subjected to intense efforts to cause him emotional distress and ruin his life and career. Many of the posts that Elgindy made are still part of the public record on Silicon Investor because they refused to remove the posts.

Yet, after it was all over, Tyson walked away without having to pay Elgindy any money and was awarded a judgment. But can Tyson ever be made whole after being subjected to Elgindy's history and pattern of behaviour? One of the more funnier moments to me was when Elgindy asked in a post if anyone knew who he was referencing when he used the name Mutt. His defense included the claim that no one knew who Mutt was when he referenced the name. Of course, multiple people piped up indicating they knew exactly who he was talking about when referencing Mutt. It sort of reminded me of the proscutor's glove fiasco in the Simpson case which lead to the claim, "If it doesn't fit, you must acquit." Elgindy blew up his claim with that post.

So my question is, do you think that Tyson was lying under oath about the alleged attempt to conspire to commit multiple felonies or do you think this behaviour fits neatly into the pattern of Elgindy?

You don't need to answer my question. It is rhetorical in nature.

Is it not possible that there are many things yet to be revealed to the public about Elgindy's pattern of behaviour that would fit neatly into what is already public knowledge?
