I'll throw in a comment at no additional charge. There's quite a bit of joking over here, ethnic jokes, sexual jokes, transvestite jokes [he's even got his own show]. By and large, people laugh and move on. IMO, the ability to have this type of joking comes from, they don't hang gays from barbed wire like they do in Wyoming; they don't drag blacks with chains with a pickup truck until their head separates from the body. If you treat people with dignity [and don't kill them], you can make ethnic jokes, etc. without people over reacting. jttmab
