john, this is THE week. according to kevin trudeau on aol (go to the message boards on aol - almost all the principles in this soap opera have posted - there is a TON of information), there s/b a major press release today about the lawsuit being ended. i don't know what will happen. nobody believes kevin. i suspect the ag may release the news with a real negative spin first (stock drop?). kevin and nfli should respond with a positive spin (stock back up?). last q's earnings dropped on the 18th of april. i suspect wed or thur will be the day. can they drop $$$ to the bottom line??? if they do, the shorts are in for a ride and the margin call buzzers will be ringing like crazy :-) we can only hope. i've been saying from the beginning that the lawsuit was frivolous. i think people are just now figuring it out. could you verify the short position on this stock??? good luck, jeff tmg info line 847-647-7120. you'll have to research the company's telephone number (i think they're based in houston).
