Jim, re: FL taxes You fail to mention that there is no Florida state income tax. I imagine that most non-Florida folks on this thread would gladly exchange their state income tax for the Florida intangible tax. And when you pay income tax, guess what, you have to send your back-up documentation to the state. Many cities across the country have an income tax, I know I wouldn't live in one of them. John
