mike, i've read some of the recent releases. one said future earnings may be hurt by getting rid of the instant exec program.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS, THE NAME SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY THING THAT WAS CHANGED :-) NFLI WAS QUOTED IN THE HOUSTON CHRONICLE SAYING THAT THEIR MARKETING PLAN WAS INTACT. PERIOD. KEVIN CAN BE QUOTED ON HIS INFO LINE SAYING THAT HE WILL "ENCOURAGE" PEOPLE TO DO JUST WHAT THEY ALWAYS DID - PAY $1K TO BECOME EXECUT9VE IMMEDIATRLY - JUST NOT "INSTANTLY." (caps for emphasis)

i think the keystone "authorities" hoisted this type of "warning" on nfli.

i believe, very strongly, that this lawsuit was, is and always will be w/o merit. sure, some distributors falsely advertised the program - you don't sue kmt for something his downline might be doing (if you do sue kmt, though, you MUST also sue nfli - they didn't ;-)

the ags got what they wanted - a tough sounding press release. now they can look tough and find someone else to hassle.

all mhi!!!

good luck,

jeff
