Stalinism should be a pretty safe target even for a radical leftist like Chomsky. Stalin's been dead for about 50 years, was repudiated and attacked by Kruschev - so even Chomsky should feel politically free enough to criticize him - though I don't really know if he has.

Since you know so much about the creep, could you post a link where Chomsky rails against Stalinism, please.

Also, I'm wondering if you know of some links where Chomsky rails against the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan or Soviet domination of Eastern Europe or Chinese domination of Tibet or Pol Pot's massacres of Cambodians.
