I don't believe we will see a double dip recession. Also Europe and Asia appear to be picking up particularly England and Germany, which should help the global economy.

Anxious to see Q2 results since this will be good timeframe for Release 5.0. If they do not get sales by Q2-3 then they likely cannot effectively compete. They got good reviews on the release from AMR, a well respected organization.

Other open question is when more transaction revenue flows from other public marketplaces. Have you checked out the Global Trading Web site? They are publishing a monthly summary of public marketplace deals. There is plenty of activity in the public marketplaces. Don't understand why transaction revenue is not flowing from these? Hoffman keeps referring to the marketplaces turning profitable later this year. Will they get transaction revenue at that time?

Since the options were repriced at about $2.68. I don't see management exercising them at current price of stock.
