Mangoes are magical. We love mangoes in this household. I buy big boxes of them at Costco. I like to layer them as a salad with avocado- sometimes I put a raspberry dressing on it- the kids love that. BEcause it is very colorful, and tastes good too. Mangoes are certainly one of the perfect foods- right up there with cherries- which just showed up at Coscto- I bought 8lbs of them yesterday. yum perhaps your day was more serendipidous than you realize?
