What am I missing here? Are you saying one egregious case WHICH IS STILL TIED UP IN PROCEDURE has anything to do with the Millions of little every day frauds that a brokerage company can commit and not be sued for?

This guy was typing up broker statements for God's sake, what the hell do you think should happen to him?
