Here's what I said in my original reply:

RD: The mandatory arbitration clause we all have to sign pretty much guarantees that the customer is stiffed. Rare exceptions will occur in the case of outright fraud, as in the Guttadauria case presently being discussed in Congressional hearings.

My point was that Gruttadauria will prove to be the exceptional case where the fraud is so egregious that the arbitration requirement will be lifted. Generally, the millions of "little every day frauds" will be swept under the rug.

Ummm, worse than Club Fed? <gg> I'm not holding my breath. Gruttadauria is exactly the sort of white collar criminal who always gets off easy in our double-standard justice system.
