GPGI has made claims in the past where they may be the target
of lawsuits from previous shareholders. When Global has income
I suspect the lawyers and shareholder claims will come out
of the woodwork. There are also issue of outrageous share payments
for catalysts not useful which also may be the subject of shareholder litigation.
What good will be profit if it's constantly attacked with litigation?
