Are you sure RSYS and WIND went head-to-head to get the i960 business from Intel? That's not what I heard. But, in any event, do you really think Intel would continue to own 17% (not 15%) of a company that it didn't think was good enough to make a product for it? Or, while it was still an owner, do anything that would be detrimental to RSYS, or the RSYS management, most of whom are buddies (and ex-employees) of Intel? Not the Intel I know and hate. For chrissake, RSYS is virtually run like a subsidiary of Intel.

Carolyn, WIND is a fine company, but the i960 business is not a measuring rod of either WIND's of RSYS's future, or what the stock price of either should be. (BTW, what stuff will be around next year that can use a 100MHz bus speed?)

Actually, I'd love it if RSYS and Intel were less close so RSYS would go after AMD's business!
