Hi Bill, Now for my report on what's happening in the Nebulae. Overall the market flows have gotten ahead of their uptrend. The flows into internationals are still positive yet weakening. Flows into the techs and small caps have broken their uptrend. So in my universe of the Nebulae it is best to stay away from the overextended market leaders; yet, do not move to the techs and small caps for its against the Nebulae flows. As many have said before it will require an outside event to reverse this market. My opinion is you will have little difficulty in identifying the event or events. It maybe a sequence moderately negative impacts. I understand the weakness in the future of the techs. Computers are going to follow the course of caculators and TV's. The average price of a computer will be one tenth its present cost in five years. Skeet
