enigma,

Re: Without business, which quite often is run by tycoons you prefer to call fat cats, there would be no jobs

The Fortune 500 companies have, in aggregate created no new net employment in the last decade. They are, on balance, job destroyers here in the U.S.

The real growth engine is smaller, more vibrant companies.

The sickness in the boardroom of the Fortune 500 is a malaise this country needs to address. While the rest of us do wonders to advance the economic engine of the U.S., the CEOs of our largest corporations destroy jobs, destroy shareholders value, unpatriotically move their "paper HQs" offshore and line their own pockets at the expense of the rest of society. They are parasites of the worst sort. Creating nothing but animosity and resentment with their overweening greed and disregard for fair play.

And Bush licks their behinds for living.
