Another reason I love Cablevision - I had one of their cracker-jack 'technicians' over a few months ago because the quality of our reception had deteriorated. Anyway, he had to replace the box. This of course meant that he had to connect the new box to the TV & VCR. Well guess what? I went to tape a show on my VCR last week and got nothing recorded on the tape. It turns out the knucklehead hooked the dam thing up wrong!
