Marcel, You mention that you " walked by" a lot. You ought to stop in sometime and try the food it's delicious. I travel around So. Calif. on business and manage to eat at one of at least 15 locations 3-5 times a week. I'll go many miles out of my way to do so. BTW the "rumour" is alive and well among the store management. I always check with the manager when I stop in. As of Friday, they are still hopeful. This of course is not "inside information" the store managers are not privy to the actual decision making or possible negotiations. They are only speculating based on their observations. I talked, friday, with a shift manager in one of the stores that McD's brass toured. She said they looked happy. I'm hopeful as long as the price holds. If it becomes known that the possible deal is off, I would expect the price to drop. If in fact the recent buying was because of possible buyout. Bon Chance a tous. Clement
