TICK hasn't approached capitulation levels yet. I would look for somewhere between -1500 and -2000 for capitulation. TRIN up above 3.02....could be enough for a bounce, but I wouldn't get too bullish on any bounce. Didn't Don Sew have class 1 buy sigs last week? THey have to be negated now.
