No evidence exists for Junior's brilliance.
Speeches and appearances are scripted. He does what he is told. Not to be overly cynical, but w/o Senior and the team he's lost. Even Ari has to put words in his mouth and thoughts in his head.

I've heard him in unscripted interviews too.
