Dan3 - It's on the web pages of the two companies - MirrorBit has full reliability, even under temperature extremes, strataflash has to be kept in a (relatively) temperature controlled environment or it loses data. Exactly as we figured - you do not even know the difference between data sheet specifications and device reliability. Maybe you should investigate the meanings of the terms that you so liberally misuse. Monica
