Since we didn't close above 3.0, I chose not to do any buying today in lieu of the DOW/SPX technical breakdowns. If tomorrow follows up today with a TRIN > 2.0, then I buy on the "2 consecutive days > 2.0" rule. I would view the buy as a ST play only, at this time. Warp
