For Q4 (Oct), expects EPS of $0.10 and revenues of $160-$165 mln (Multex consensus $0.10 and $163.1 mln). 18:48 ET Qualcomm and Ford Motor to dissolve Wingcast venture : Reuters reporting that Qualcomm (QCOM) announced that its joint venture, Wingcast, with Ford Motor's (F) automotive technology company will be dissolved; Qualcomm owns 15% of Wingcast and will take a write-off of up to $11 mln in Q3 related to its investment in the company, which was formed to provide wireless data services in cars; Qualcomm to retain the rights to license the intellectual property developed by Wingcast.
