i was exaggerating a bit for effect. and i agree with your take....i think a lot of institutional buyers are unwilling to take large stakes until the perceived bottom is in... everyone talks about the market being oversold....but unless there is a significant rebound in earnings growth, i still believe it is overvalued. (hey at least i'm talking about it again....that's gotta mean somethin') :)
