No shit, it took me 2 hours to get a phone book ordered. It's supposed to come every year but it doesn't. Gets harder to get every year. They have "voice recognition" but what language it speaks I don't know. Punch two for a real person and it rings 60 times. That's a real person. We like to get the new one for the Yellow Pages. Businesses move and they want businesses to advertise in the Yellow Pages. But why if they don't send the books out.
