The most amazing part of all this is that the lawsuit regarding the selling of CCM and Shopss into the AMCI shell to become SHPS (alleging breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent securities filings and securities fraud in connection with the sale by OSCM of CCM to AMCI International) was filed at the end of Dec 99 .

This thing was pumped out to investors until April 2000 and the lawsuit was never mentioned in any SEC filings till Jan 2001 over a year later, Jan 3 2001. Should it have been mentioned as a material event or at least a legal proceeding? Jerry Conca was the CEO and a defendent
The share prices of OSCR and SHPS were plummeting and no one knew of the lawsuit except the insiders?
