I had some concern that the vote might have been conducted in undemocratic manner, but this paragraph knocked that back quite a ways, it describes international groups overseeing the legitimacy of the process ... now they may all be whackos socialistas sure, certainly most sound like it, but i don't plan to make an investment decision betting they're wrong -
