I think, BTW, the 'header' descriptor so commonly used by otherwise intelligent, educated people here on SI should be described as the thread 'Mission Statement.'
'Header' is lame. In ''unprofessional" -- i.e. layman dumbass -- terms, 'header' means the newsletter/newspaper 'masthead' or 'nameplate.'
'Headline,' of course, is obvious. And it obviously is not the 'header,' either.
