The SEC wouldn't be all over anything unless they happened to step in it as they were getting out of their limosine on their way to a free industry lunch. The SEC,under Sandy Weil's old law partner, Arthur Levitt and the current fraud Pitt, have proven they are there only to harass the small competition and keep the game organized.
