Hi Frank, Other European regulators will probably change their ISM rules once UKRA has announced the new ones. The WiMAX Forum is organized to be the WECA of IEEE 802.16. Roger's website www.wirelessman.org/pub/buzz.html lists too many undated articles. Maybe you should complain to r.b.marks@ieee.org about the lack of "an open page that states: This is what 802.16 is, and here's how it is intended to work? ". I did ;-) Free downloads of 802.16 (http://standards.ieee.org/getieee802/ ) will be available after October 8, six months after publication of the base standard wirelessman.org . petere@ieee.org
