If the CEO is under investigation for tax evasion I would take it one step further and assume the company pushed the envelope with tax evasion versus tax avoidance as well. They have an awfully low tax rate considering all the US operations. Maybe they shifted income offshore thru pricing transfers or interest which maybe pushed the envelope. Just speculating but in my experience where there is smoke more times than not there is fire.

Difficult to prove but look @ the hair cut DYN took with its project Alpha.

If the stock breaks $15 the odds favor going to single digits.

As for the SEC findings its not like they do a full audit or anything.
