MSI, A billion dollars at the time of the TVA mess, was the same as a trillion today.

Regardless of what you may, or may not, think your pet $2.3 trillion lost in the DOD, cannot be laid at the doorstep of only one administration. I hope I am incorrect in thinking that you are attempting to blame the whole thing on the Bush administration, but from other posts you have sent to others, I think you do. If that is the case, our discussion will end soon.
