The risk is ALWAYS to the downside.-g/ng I also think there is another low coming today and am not anxious to jump in long right here. However I am willing to buy at support today which I make at NDX 1130-1140. The DOW is certainly not a long play here although I could see us going back to test the broken H&S neckline
