Yes, one should make the conscious decision beforehand,
that escalation should go to email or another thread.
And that's only if one even cares about escalation.
If it escalates, a complete non-response is good
as it leaves the 'problem' arguing alone, and one has at
least done the deed of providing one decent warning about
the spammed stock.
